Moroccan Design Genuine Copper Health Bangle Set with Magnets - Thick

Copper bracelets have a long history of use for medicinal purposes, dating back to ancient Egypt. Today, they are popular in health food stores and holistic healing centers, mainly for their believed benefits in reducing joint inflammation and pain. While scientific evidence is limited, wearing a copper bracelet is generally safe unless you have a metal allergy.

Benefits:

• Joint Stiffness & Pain: Often used to ease stiffness and pain from rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, copper bracelets are thought to improve joint flexibility and overall comfort.
• Mineral Absorption: Some suggest the copper releases trace minerals like iron and zinc through the skin, potentially offering additional health benefits by absorbing these minerals directly into the bloodstream.

Though scientific proof is lacking, many users find relief wearing copper bangles. Use it as a complementary aid without stopping your prescribed treatments.
